Phil Johnson
Phil Johnson began to pursue his passion for leadership coaching in the early 1980s. He is a ‘Level 5 Influential Leader’ developing leaders who develop leaders. He pioneered the Authentic Leadership™ developmental process that has proven to be revolutionary. MBL™ alumni continue this legacy by using the MBL™ habits, tools and insights to inspire leadership development throughout their organizations. This honorary designation has been awarded by MBL University faculty and alumni in recognition of his vision and contribution to the emerging art and science of Authentic Leadership™ development.

Gail is a senior customer-centric and entrepreneurial financial services executive with 25 years of successful results in four areas: international business development, marketing, operations & organizational development. As a faculty member, Gail uses her passion to develop Authentic Leadership™ in organizational leaders. Authentic Leaders™ motivate strong performers and unleash their discretionary effort, taking the organization to the next level.
Jeff Hayward
Jeff Hayward has spent the past 15 years working in medium and large corporate environments. Currently working at a multinational technology company, Jeff is a faculty member focused on the power of Authentic Leadership™. He has achieved impactful results within his organization by channelled his energy and passion into serving others. These actions reflect his awareness that authenticity and service are the critical ingredients inspiring people and entire companies to new levels of performance.
Kimberly Kaminski
Kimberly has 25 years of experience in a variety of industries. She is a faculty member that is using her Authentic Leadership™ within a sales-facing marketing organization in a global technology company. Kimberly’s focus on value creation and helping others realize opportunities for growth, progress and achievement has initiated a dramatic transformation on her team while inspiring peers to focus on deepening their relationships.
Renee Cormier
As a faculty member Renée has developed deep ‘trusted advisor’ relationships with those she serves. Each time we act in a way that moves us through a fear, habit or perception toward a desired result the internal rewards we receive are greater … courage, confidence, grace, respect, calm, clarity, wisdom, inspiration and connectedness. The external rewards are better results, in less time and more fun.
Ron Percy
Ron is a hands-on faculty member with a strong commitment to corporate excellence. He is an enthusiastic and innovative senior executive, with more than 40 years of demonstrated success in senior management, international sales and marketing, manufacturing and board governance. Ron continues to develop his skills as a 21st century executive by embracing Authentic Leadership and all its processes as the way to make a difference in today’s corporation.
Merydith Willoughby
Merydith is an author and award winning project director. She has assisted leaders to become more powerful than they ever thought possible by assisting them to develop a systems approach to their work. Her strength is in seeing clarity when others are struggling with a complex situation. It is about making the impossible become possible by looking at it in a different way, then equipping leaders with the tools they need to help them proceed.
