Confidentiality Agreement
Silicon Synergy Inc. agrees to provide you with access to the MBL University website which contains confidential information in relation to lectures, audios, MBL coaching tools and insights. All information contained within this website shall be deemed to be confidential unless otherwise notified by Silicon Synergy Inc. In consideration for the release by Silicon Synergy Inc. of the confidential information, you agree to the following:

You must not allow other persons to access or use your MBL University user name and password for any purpose. You hold the sole responsibility and liability for all issues resulting from access by you or any other person via your user name and password. You must notify Silicon Synergy Inc. immediately of any known or suspected unauthorised use of your login user name and password.

You must keep all information you access through this site confidential. You may copy and/or print the information for your private use but you must not use, copy or reproduce the information for any unauthorised purposes (including, without limitation, to commercially exploit the information) and you must not disclose, publish, broadcast or transmit the information to any person for any purpose whatsoever (or permit any other person to do likewise), unless consent from Silicon Synergy Inc. in writing is first obtained.

You acknowledge that any breach of this Agreement could result in substantial and irreparable injury to Silicon Synergy Inc. which may not be adequately compensated by monetary damages. Accordingly, Silicon Synergy Inc. shall be entitled to pursue injunctive relief in addition to all other available remedies for the breach of this Agreement.

The obligations set out in this Agreement shall continue in force until the relevant information becomes generally known to the public other than as a result of your breach of this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
