What is a Master of Business Leadership™?

The development of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and the Authentic Leadership™ that occurs are reflected in higher levels of organizational engagement and results. An MBL™ is a results multiplier and a synergistic complement to the effectiveness of an MBA.

Victims view power as external – something that needs to be acquired.  They need to be around other victims to manipulate and "feed" off of each other’s negative energy.  As the pool of negative energy in an organization is reduced, the victims are forced to reconnect with their own internal source of energy and become Authentic Leaders™.  If not, they will eventually choose to leave the organization for a new, larger source of negative victim energy.  Like gravity, this is a physical law of nature that can not be ignored.
